While learning the art of floral design at a local Cincinnati florist many years ago, I quickly realized how much I enjoyed working on wedding florals! I love the fact that there's nothing but happiness and joy on wedding days. So, for several years, I learned and appreciated different techniques taught to me by my co-workers. As a mom of two though, the time came for me to work from home to accommodate my kids schedules. Fortunately, I was blessed with a few people who gave me a chance on their weddings, and after a few things were figured out, A Little Bit of Green by Lisa was created!

Established in 2021, Back Porch Petals is located in the Cincinnati suburb of Liberty Township, Ohio. Specializing in wedding and event flowers, fresh from the garden blooms, hand crafted arrangements and seasonal creations. Katy incorporates locally and home grown materials into as many of her designs as possible with hopes of providing the freshest flowers to the local community.

By day, I have a career as a graphic designer and over 13 years spent documenting hundreds of wedding. My deepest delight, is capturing the memories on your special day. From a young age creativity has run through my veins and and I decided to turn my passions into a profession.

We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.

When we were getting married considering who was going to be our photographer was a bit overwhelming. Besides getting married to each other, it was the most important puzzle piece of our wedding day. After all the flowers had faded and the cake was eaten, the only memento from our wedding day was going to be our photographs. We have been there and we know how crucial it is for you to trust your photographers. After photographing over 200 weddings, we are prepared for any situation that may arise. It is our joy to give our clients stunning imagery from their wedding day to display as artwork and pass along as heirlooms for generations.

The Drees Pavilion sets the standard for event celebrations. Located on the highest overlook in Devou Park above Covington, Kentucky, the 10,000-square-foot pavilion was built and donated by The Drees Company in 2003 to commemorate its 75th Anniversary. An interior renovation was completed in March 2020, adding modern fixtures & finishes, thoughtful upgrades, and elegant furniture options.

I am married so I know the struggle of planning a wedding and am here to help any way that I can! When I’m not taking your pictures or editing I’m probably spending time with my toddler! My family is important to me so my goal is to capture the beautiful parts of yours!

We welcome guests who are planning a wedding, family reunion, graduation, corporate outing, or any other type of celebration. We have a large tent (20 ft. x 100 ft.) on a concrete pad for outdoor events and climate-controlled restroom facilities. The restroom building also has a separate dressing room area. A large pavilion is also available to serve as an area to serve food and beverage. A pergola with a large concrete area is available for the wedding ceremony. We are constructing a 10,000 sq. ft. indoor event center with a January, 2023 estimated completion date. It will include a catering area, bar, bridal suite, additional restrooms and a large patio area next to the pond.
