Emily Mullen, a self-taught chef and reformed picky eater, started experimenting with recipes as a child. After health issues at the University of South Carolina, she began making all her meals from scratch and pursued culinary arts through books and techniques. Emily founded Good Vibakery to share wholesome, artificial-free baked goods. The business has expanded to in-home meal prep and private chef services, offering healthy, convenient meals and personalized gourmet experiences for intimate events, all centered around good vibes.

I make all my tiramisu, flan & tres leches from scratch using fresh ingredients, like mascarpone, espresso! I started this business because I love bringing people together over delicious, homemade desserts. Seeing someone smile while enjoying something I made is what drives me. We honor our family by offering some signature cakes, such as Teapot's Tea Party, an Earl "Gray" tea cake with lemon filling and lavender frosting. Our passion is to create realistic floral cakes which are not only gorgeous but taste incredible. Each color palette is custom mixed to each client's exact needs. My experience with baked goods comes from my childhood back in South America where I grew up. My small pastry business was created in New York City where I went to cake decorating school. I have always loved baking ever since I was little. I even wanted to travel the world and get a bachelor's in science of pastry. While I was doing that I ended up starting my own company here by Winter Park Florida in September of 2021. I decided to take a leap one week and put everything I had into starting up my own cookie business. Since then I've had a whole neighborhood behind me, my friends have been behind me, my family been behind me.
