I have two dogs that know all the commands but do whatever they want to on a regular basis, and they are my couch buddies for nights when I settle in with a glass of wine and an episode of Friends! I’m a foster parent and I’ve been riding that rollercoaster since December of 2020. My life is never boring and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I took a break for a while being a mom of a few wildlings, moved across the country with the love of my life and just finding out how much I missed home & how amazing the people are around me in the right areas. I started Megan Pontius Photography after I graduated Highschool in 2021. I didn't really get into couples photography until I got married in 2022. It wasn't until then that I really saw the different seasons in a relationship. Between the first date, to the 100th date, to getting engaged, stress of wedding planning, to the wedding day, and the days after that taking on life together.
