Hi, I'm Addie. I started this business about 10 years ago, although photography has been a passion of mine since high school. What attracted me to photography is the idea of capturing the fleeting: be they big moments or small, capturing something priceless never gets old for me. When you look at a photo, you are transported back to instant it was taken. Even if your memory is foggy, a photo will sharpen it up. Photos are records and reminders, memories and wormholes in time. Helping to preserve those fleeting moments for my clients is so fulfilling and one of the things I love most about what I do.

I am fun loving, hard working and passionate about delivering wonderful photos from your wedding day. I work very hard to help couples to feel comfortable with me and with the camera so that their photos reflect the honest emotions from the day. I enjoy working with couples to deliver an image set that they will cherish for years.

I started my photography journey as a simple hobby where I carried my camera with me everywhere and took photos of everything. Over time, I began to develop my skills into a more sophisticated / professional style as you might expect for weddings and other formal events. I paired up with a local multi award winning wedding photographer who helped me in refining my skills and taught me the ins and outs of wedding photography and I've never looked back. Since then, I have started my own business as a photographer and take pride in my style and skill as being mostly self taught, candid, emotional and captivating.

I would describe my photography style as cinematic with true to life colors. I have the ability to switch from a journalistic photographer to a portrait photographer throughout a wedding day. The little in between moments make for the best photos, and I’m not about capturing awkward poses and forced smiles. I anticipate the moments that will happen throughout the day and have my camera ready. I want you to feel the emotions of the day when you look at your photos! Beautiful locations and perfect lighting can make spectacular images, but if it doesn’t help tell the story of your day, it is meaningless.

I have been photographing weddings professionally for 12 years and have reached the phase in my career where I can relax and have fun with my couples knowing that I have the skills and experience to back up my passion and creativity. I split my time between the Gulf Coast of Florida and New England, though I now call Maine home. I am both a dog & cat person - I have a Golden Retriever named Oliver, a lab mix named Juniper, a Siamese named Healy (favorite band reference!), and a teeny little runt-of-the-litter kitty named Lucie. I am an avid audiobook listener - if I am editing, cleaning, or driving, I most likely have an audiobook going!
