We are an all inclusive luxury mobile bartending service specializing in custom created cocktails & mocktails. We use fresh fruits and herbs to make our homemade syrups and purées for our drinks and top them with premium garnish for visually stunning as well as delicious drinks. Our all inclusive service includes everything needed for bartending service but the alcohol plus we offer add on services. Formerly a 1970 vintage two horse trailer, Rolling Tavern has been converted into a stylish pop up Mobile Bar giving a premium experience to any event. Our unique, eye-catching and beautiful bar is perfect for weddings, anniversary parties, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, and so much more! You name it, we’ll pull up and start the party! All our drink menus are bespoke to each event and carefully designed with our clients during pre-event consultations. We’re all about distinctive drinks, seamless service and unbeatable attention to detail all while serving from our unique trailer mobile bar.

A jack of all trades is the best way to describe J'lesa (Jaee) Carr Working as an event planner, nonprofit director, full time project manager, and dog mom her plate is always loaded but she never skims on quality or execution. Jaee is a 2017 graduate of UNC Greensboro with a Bachelors in Computer Science. She has a had a passion for crafting cocktails since she was able to drink. Her favorite to drink is the Miami Vice! She also loves to bring people together for an amazing experience. The most rewarding part for Jaee, is seeing couples relax and indulge on their special day.
