We are excited to offer our museum as the perfect backdrop for your wedding or reception! With over 450 REAL animal skeletons, over 7,000 square feet of exhibits, and the ability to be married beneath giraffes, our museum is one of the most unique venues for your special day. Who else can say they had Devon, our 7 foot grizzly bear skeleton, in their wedding party?

The Museum of Osteology was an amazing place for our wedding. The staff is fantastic and helpful, the main room makes for an amazing backdrop, and the museum cat is super cute. The staff were really easy to work with. All in all it was a great experience.

Civic Center Music Hall

4.0

Oklahoma City, OK
  • Up to 350 guests
  • Limited services
  • Indoor
  • Starts at $1,650

Create an event you'll never forget at downtown Oklahoma City's cultural jewel, the Civic Center Music Hall. From the Art Deco splendor of the historical Meinders Hall of Mirrors, or the intimate elegance of the Joel Levine Hall, the Civic Center has it all.

Overall it turned out really well and on our wedding day I hardly noticed what was not correct. The only thing I would say is make sure you get what you ask for. You are paying for it so you should get what you ask for. Other than that the venue is gorgeous and having an open vendor list makes it a lot more affordable.

Located in the heart of Oklahoma City, OK, The Yale Theater is a historic event venue that hosts weddings and other noteworthy occasions. You and your wedding party can enjoy your festivities held in this Historic Landmark of Capitol Hill. The facility that would become The Yale Theater was constructed in 1910 as the Capitol Hill Theater. This open-air performing arts venue gained its current name in 1921, and shortly afterward, began to run movie screenings. A fixture of the south-side business district along OKC’s 25th Street. This art deco construction is once again a hub of activity, welcoming both locals and visitors alike. The Yale Theater offers a package for wedding service with a number of add-ons available. The Yale also features an art deco-style lobby with a restored ticket booth, an upstairs mezzanine level, two marble top bars, and on-site private parking. With a high-end audiovisual system and eye-catching features, this is a remarkable venue for your important day.

We loved Yale Theatre! It was a gorgeous place to get married. Everything is top notch and the team there is so easy to work with. They were all very helpful in planning our wedding and had the best suggestions. All of our guests loved our venue and couldn’t stop talking about it!

Oklahoma History Center

5.0

Oklahoma City, OK
  • Up to 500 guests
  • Limited services
  • Indoor & outdoor
  • Starts at $2,175

Oklahoma History Center is a historical museum and events space located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The 18-acre museum is dedicated to exploring The Sooner State’s diverse history of genealogy, commerce, transportation, culture, aviation, heritage, and more. With a range of indoor and outdoor event spaces, couples and their guests can marvel in the museum’s beauty as well as celebrate a truly unforgettable event. Working with the museum's professional and experienced event planners, couples can ensure that every aspect of their day is covered, leaving no small detail overlooked. As well as making use of the site’s event planners, the museum's starting event package includes tables, chairs, setup, security, rehearsal, a two-hour photo session, and audiovisual equipment if needed. Couples can work with outside vendors to finalize their preparations and make sure their celebration is an overall success.

The team at the Oklahoma History Center were amazing from start to finish. The facility in itself is very modern and different from the typical locations in Oklahoma City, so we were excited to use them for our wedding reception. We had almost 200 people in attendance, but they were able to set up tables with ample space in between so that everyone could maintain social distance and feel safe. We also extended into the West Hall for our bar area so people could socialize and have space for cocktail hour. Cindi Lu, Rachelle, and Aubrey were all great to work with and responded quickly with all of our questions and concerns. If you want something different, modern, but also elegant... I would definitely use the Oklahoma History Center.
