I'm a bit of a free spirit. My wife Jaime is an analyzer. We may seem like unconventional partners, but together our dynamic works perfectly. My talent doesn't lie solely in photography... It's being creative in general. And whether that creativity is channeled into photography or some other artistic outlet, it's an itch that's in constant need of scratching. That's why I turned to photography as a profession in the first place. It takes around 30 minutes a person for makeup. Price includes lashes. I use all high end products and bring my ring light for better light to apply makeup. I specialize in soft glam.

I have always said I was a beach lover who was land locked in the middle of America. However, as you can see in my wedding galleries I had the pleasure of living and working close to the salty sea air in Annapolis, MD for several years before returning to the Mid West. I currently offer weddings and sessions in the following locations with no travel fees - Ohio, Maryland, Virginia, D.C. and Missouri. I am of course willing to travel to many more locations! With over 20 years of experience, now officiating full-time, Karen specializes in working with couples who desire a heartfelt ceremony outside of a traditional church setting.

My name is Dr. Stan Pokras, and I want to officiate your wedding ceremony! My day job is a health policy research scientist, but I have enjoyed going to weddings ever since I was a child. In fact, I was always impressed by how much work went into the wedding ceremony and how much fun the officiant had during the ceremony. As luck would have it, a very close family member was getting married several years ago, and I suggested that I would love to officiate. The couple agreed, I became licensed, and the rest is history.
