It’s easy to say I love shooting weddings; most wedding photographers do. But there’s more to it than just the fun and the creative expression. Being a wedding photographer has been one of the greatest joys and challenges in my life for the last eight years. Since I was young, I’ve needed my activities to be challenging to keep me interested and enthusiastic. Wedding photography challenges me in basically every way imaginable. There is the technical component: from lighting and composition to editing and file management. There is the business component: from marketing and web presence to sales and accounting.

I've found a new meaning when it comes to capturing photos. It use to be capturing the perfect photo and getting a bunch of recognition on social media and getting featured on a wedding blog.
