Let me introduce myself. My name is Heather, I'm 32 years old and I'm also known as "The Cake Lady!" Although I'm newer to the area of Iron Mountain, I'm far from new to baking! I have an Art and Baking background of over 15 years whilst growing up in Michigan's lower peninsula. After moving around, getting married, having 3 beautiful children, and starting a small handmade soap company, we have settled down around family and into the great white north to fulfill my lifelong dream of becoming a Cake Artist!

Hello and Welcome to The Bun Bar! I’m Savannah, the creator, and brains behind the buns. Before you order our sweet and savory buns for your next event, let me tell you a bit about myself. I was born and raised in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago and a recent grad of the University of Iowa. My love for all things food doesn’t have a starting point, it has always been part of my life. I started The Bun Bar in hopes of sharing my love of baking with others. Nothing brings me more joy than seeing happy customers and bringing people together to enjoy a sweet treat!
