SRO, the Scott Ragsdale Orchestra is a unique society dance orchestra based in Washington, DC, specializing in classic dance music from the 1920s-30s-40s to the new millennium. Extremely versatile, made up of current and former members of the premier US military bands of Washington, DC, SRO performs as a core 5-pc. to a small orchestra with fabulous vocals, horns and strings. All music is expertly arranged for each event by leader/trombonist, Scott Ragsdale, former Chief Arranger of the United States Navy Band.

With a photographic career spanning over 11 years, Phil at 1LPhoto has worn many hats, but "wedding photographer" is his favorite. Phil serves the DMV area but travels nationwide for photoshoots. He doesn't remember the first time he picked up a camera, but he swears he has never put it down. "It's not work until you'd rather be somewhere else," a mentor once said, & there's certainly no place better than anywhere with a camera in hand. Phil is a photojournalist at heart & is always chasing the good light.
