Working with Clack as a partner was a pleasant experience in general, but at times we felt that communication could have been improved. Planning and preparing with Clack's services was mostly smooth sailing, but there was some confusion that arose just prior to our wedding. We wanted to touch base with each of our vendors before our big day, but my husband was having difficulties getting in touch and getting on the same page with them. I clarified all the details with them before our wedding, ensuring that everything was perfectly arranged for our big day.

Initially, we thought her popularity might be due to a signature drink we served called "Welcome to Atlanta," but then we continued to hear more and more stories about her friendliness, skills, and professionalism. She also worked extremely well under pressure and was very efficient.
Shannon not only made great drinks, but she also left a lasting impression on our family and friends. More than two people even mentioned adopting her into the family! We would definitely work with Clack again just to have Shannon as our bartender. Her level of professionalism and tactfulness was unmatched.
