Since she was a child, Allie spent a lot of time in the kitchen helping her mother and developing a love for baking. Her passion then grew into a career when she decided to go to New York to study Baking and Pastry Arts at the Institute of Culinary Education. Since then, she has honed her baking skills and gained experience, working with chefs like David Burke and Tom Colicchio from NJ, NY, CA, and TX. Now, she’s finally back on the East Coast and is committed to providing her customers with delicious baked goods. I’m a professional baker and cake decorator that can bring any dream cake come to life. I have my degree in baking and pastry arts. I can make any custom cake and cupcakes along with amazing dessert tables.

We provide custom cakes and handcrafted decor for events, in addition to offering in-studio private parties. We also have daily self-guided DIY craft projects, a DIY cupcake bar, and host workshops several nights each month taught by one of our crafting or cake decorating experts. We offer a variety of fun and unique workshops for all skill levels that will bring out the artist in you!

Hey I’m Nylah! A homebaker located in Hillside, NJ, just living my dream of creating ambrosial sweets. It all started in 2014 when I would sell cupcakes at my high school for a dollar! Between that and watching Cupcake Wars on Food Network I knew for sure I was meant to be in the kitchen and that I would have a cake business of my own.
