First Horizon Park (formerly First Tennessee Park) may be built for baseball, but the state-of-the-art facility is also quite versatile: fully equipped to turn the outfield into a concert stage, the warning track into a beer tasting line, or the infield into a soccer pitch. But not all events require full ballpark takeovers, which is why the club level is made available for business meetings in a luxury suite or a larger general assemblies in the Brauer Lounge.

At 5th & Taylor, we believe the simple act of sharing a meal returns us to the days when what we have in common is more important than what separates us. Though we may come to the table with a variety of hopes and needs, we can relate through the universal necessity to nourish our bodies and connect with others. 5th & Taylor is Chef Daniel Lindley’s homage to the American family meal. Inspired by Sunday dinners from his childhood, the menu features familiar yet refined expressions of traditional fare meant to foster a sense of community among guests. Our wish is for the experiences and memories made at 5th & Taylor to foster a sense of community, hospitality and warmth. FAQs about wedding venues in Nashville, TN
For a wedding of 100 guests in Nashville, expect a total budget between $26,900 and $40,300, according to the Zola Wedding Cost Index. This is notably higher than the national median of $25,000, reflecting Nashville's popularity as a wedding destination.
Your biggest expenses will be:
- Venue & catering: ~41% of your total budget
- Photography: ~7–8% of total
- Florals, bar services, and videography: 6–8% each
- Planning and other services: remaining percentage
Keep in mind that guest count significantly affects your bottom line. A 50-guest wedding may range from $16,200–$24,300, while a 150-guest celebration could reach $36,900–$55,400. Plan your guest list early to anchor your overall budget.
Venue capacity should match your final headcount plus 10–15% flexibility. Use these Nashville budget ranges as a guide:
- 50 guests: $16,200–$24,300 total budget
- 100 guests: $26,900–$40,300 total budget (the standard benchmark)
- 150 guests: $36,900–$55,400 total budget
- 200 guests: $45,800–$68,700 total budget
- 300 guests: $63,700–$95,500 total budget
Based on Zola marketplace data, Nashville venues typically start from $2,250 and range up to $12,000+. Smaller, intimate venues work well for under-75 guests, while mid-sized spaces (75–150) are plentiful across the city. Larger ballrooms and estates suit 200+ celebrations. Once you've settled on your guest count, you'll have a clearer picture of which venue category fits your budget and vision.
Nashville's thriving wedding scene means booking 12–18 months ahead is ideal for peak season (May through October). If you're planning a spring or fall Saturday, securing your venue 18+ months early significantly improves your options.
For off-season dates (November–April), you may have more flexibility and can book 9–12 months out. However, popular venues and preferred dates fill quickly year-round, especially during the spring and early fall.
If you're planning an intimate weekday or Sunday wedding, you might succeed with 6–9 months' notice. We recommend creating a shortlist of venues and reaching out as soon as your date is flexible, rather than waiting. Many Nashville venues manage their calendars tightly, and competition for popular dates is fierce.
Nashville's diverse neighborhoods each offer distinct venue personalities:
East Nashville has become a trendy, creative hub with eclectic lofts, breweries, and converted historic spaces—perfect for couples seeking an artistic, casual vibe.
The Gulch features modern high-rise hotels and sleek event spaces with skyline views, ideal for contemporary, upscale celebrations.
12 South offers vintage charm, locally-owned restaurants, and converted industrial buildings with a neighborhood-friendly, intimate feel.
Germantown blends historic architecture with modern restaurants and galleries, appealing to couples who want character with accessibility.
Green Hills is home to elegant country clubs, estates, and sophisticated venues suited for traditional, formal affairs.
Many couples also consider venues near Centennial Park or along the Cumberland River for outdoor ceremonies and scenic backdrops. Each area has its own personality—consider which neighborhood's energy matches your wedding style.
