Our 12 acre property allows you the ability to feel immersed in nature, but still be within a couple miles of the expressway, and all that the city has to offer. We give couples the ability to host all of your wedding festivities in one location, taking the stress out of planning & hopping around town. We have 4 ceremony sites, a 2 acre pond, a 10,000 sq ft event center and 11 rental units that can accommodate up to 65 of your family & friends on site. When hosting guests on property with you, it allows you the ability to spend more quality time with those that traveled to enjoy your special day and extend that special day into the next morning. Tables & chairs come with your rental. We have a set for the ceremony and another set for the reception, so need to move any around. We have an open vendor policy and do not charge a facility fee.

With space for up to 100 guests, Headquarters is ideal for intimate weddings where the couple and their guests are at the center of the celebration. The venue features exposed brick, original hardwood floors and large windows that create a distinctive historic-industrial setting filled with tons of natural light. All wedding packages include full day venue access and use of our private bridal suite loft. Tables, chairs, linens, cocktail tables, lounge furniture, centerpieces, ceremony decor, greenery wall, lighting, sound equipment, projectors, coolers and ice are all included as part of the venue. We allow couples to bring in their own alcohol, and outside caterers and vendors are welcome, giving you the flexibility to build your wedding your way. In addition to wedding ceremonies and receptions, Headquarters is available for rehearsal dinners, wedding showers, engagement parties and other celebrations.

We offer a charming, intimate, and elegant alternative to larger, more traditional venues. Our property provides a unique backdrop that fosters genuine connection and allows for a more personalized celebration. Features like the secret Speakeasy and 1920s Theater can provide a fun and memorable surprise for guests. Burdoc Farms has been owned and operated by the Shepherd family since 1942. With over 650 acres of open fields there are 2 different venues on the property for weddings. In 2012, the Shepherds hosted a wedding on the family farm. All the guests talked about was how beautiful the farm was and how they should be doing weddings full time. The Shepherd family converted the tobacco-cattle barn into a reception barn with all the amenities; bathrooms, kitchen, and electricity. The Shepherd family painstakingly rehabbed and recycled all of the materials in both barns to enhance and preserve the authenticity of the buildings. After converting the Tobacco Barn, they booked 24 weddings and then the next year they booked 38 weddings. In 2016, they decided to expand the business and build a year-round building, Keith Glen, in another location of the farm. Burdoc Farms hosts 60 to 80 weddings a year with couples coming from all over the country and a few from overseas!

Welcome to Land O' Goshen Farm Event Center! A spacious 6700 sq. ft. under the roof, 8300 sq. ft. w the deck. Located on the historic 375 acre Belknap Farm in Goshen, Kentucky; the farm has been in the family for over a century. Inside is a polished concrete floor in the main hall, men/women's restroom, and bridal room, ten 10' x 4' giant slab and live edge tables, two 12' x 4' Banquet tables, 100 Black resin wood chairs, 6' rolling maple bar, and Wi-Fi/cable included w two flat screens. A White Birch wedding arch is also provided. Inside capacity of 200, restrooms were built for 400. There are four 60" windmill fans located in the main hall lower section to keep everyone cool. HVAC services provided to the five enclosed rooms: bridal/groom, men/women restroom and Prep Room. Handicap parking out front, 60 car parking lot close by.
