Welcome Party

We are so grateful and so excited to have you be a part of our day! We sincerely thank each and every one of you for traveling from all distances to be able to be here with us. We would love to spend as much time with each of you as possible during this wedding weekend. As such, we cordially invite you to the Grand Ballroom at the Virginian Hotel to meet and mingle before the Big Day. After you check in to your hotel, please swing by to share a couple of drinks and pre-celebrate with us! Light horderves and a Cash-Bar will be provided

Wedding Venue Shuttle Service

3:15 pm - 9:30 pm

The Shuttle Service will pick up guests at 3:15pm outside the Virginian Hotel, and will shuttle them back to the Virginian at the end of the night. Please make sure you are on the shuttle before 3:30pm! Guests may utilize the shuttle regardless of where they choose to stay for the weekend. Please RSVP for this service!
