Travel & Lodging
We have room blocks at three hotels, each within ~15 min from Blue Hill at Stone Barns. The Courtyard & Sheraton are all in the same vicinity and The Opus is in White Plains. There are additional lodging options nearby. If you book outside of the room block, we encourage you to do so ASAP as availability will be limited due to the World Cup and summer travel.
Transport to and from the wedding:
Shuttles will be picking guests up at 5:30pm from The Opus, Courtyard and Sheraton. Return shuttles will be departing Blue Hill to bring guests back to the hotels at 11:30pm and 1am.
Guests who booked through our hotel room block link have already been accounted for in the hotel shuttle arrangements. If you did not book through the room block link and plan to use the hotel shuttle to or from the venue, please notify Sean at (425) 652-8674 or seanmcd37@gmail.com.
If using Uber & Lyft, we recommend scheduling in advance.
Travel Note
Getting to Tarrytown, NY:
For those flying, book travel through any major New York City airport (JFK, La Guardia, Newark). Westchester County Airport is also an option with limited routes. Tarrytown is about an hour driving distance from NYC (traffic depending). It's also accessible by train from NYC's Grand Central Station via the Metro North Hudson Line. Train tickets can ONLY be purchased on the day of travel. The easiest way to purchase train tickets is using your phone via the "MTA Train Time" app (www.mta.info/traintime). Your stop on the Metro North will be Tarrytown and then you will need to schedule an Uber/Lyft or take a cab to your hotel.
