Where is the venue?

Answer

Fox Hill Event Center is located in Cadillac, Michigan, less than 1 hour from Traverse City. It sits on a hill overlooking the city of Cadillac and beyond.

Why are hotel blocks in Traverse City instead of Cadillac?

Answer

We chose to reserve hotel blocks in Traverse City so guests can fully enjoy everything the area has to offer throughout the weekend. From the lakefront and downtown shops to amazing restaurants, wineries, and activities, it creates a more central and vibrant experience for your stay—we want your trip to feel like a fun getaway, not just a quick overnight. Traverse City also holds a special place in our hearts. With Jeff’s roots here and so many memories made along the lake, it felt like the perfect place to begin this next chapter, and we’re so excited to share it with all of you.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We kindly recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early to ensure you’re seated and ready to celebrate with us.

Yes, there is ample space in the free parking lot.

Is there a dress code?

Summer Formal Think elevated and elegant with a warm-weather touch—light fabrics, flowy dresses, and dressy attire.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We’ll be celebrating with a full open bar throughout the evening, including beer, wine, liquor, and 3 signature cocktails curated for the occasion. Cheers! 🥂

Please RSVP by May 1, 2027 so we can finalize all the details for the big day. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! We will be offering round-trip transportation for guests between Traverse City and the venue to make the evening as easy and enjoyable as possible.

Where does transportation pick up and drop off?

Answer

Shuttle service will pick up and drop off at our recommended hotel locations in Traverse City. Exact pickup points and times will be shared closer to the wedding date.

What time should I be ready for the shuttle?

Answer

We recommend being ready at least 10–15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The shuttle will run on a set schedule to ensure everyone arrives on time for the ceremony.

Can I drive myself instead?

Answer

Of course! Guests are welcome to drive if they prefer. However, we highly encourage using the shuttle so everyone can relax and enjoy the celebration.

Will your dog be apart of the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Our dog will be making a special appearance during the ceremony and reception 🐾🤍 We’re so excited to include such an important member of our family in our day.
