*Bridal party should arrive on site to Sawtooth Plantation Thursday 11/13/25 for the welcome dinner at 8:00 pm.*
Guests, please arrive to the Hartsville, SC area on Friday 11/14/25. Because check in is not usually until 3:00 pm (around ceremony start time), it is highly recommended you come to town Friday vs Saturday.
Non-NC folks, is recommended to fly into Columbia, SC or Charlotte, NC and rent a car for the weekend to drive into Hartsville for a hotel, as well as into McBee for the event.
Please arrive to the plantation for our ceremony no later than 3:00 pm Saturday 11/15/25 (see "Schedule" tab for address and ceremony details). The grounds open at 2:30, arrive at 3:00 by the latest.
The Hampton Inn of Hartsville, SC has a reduced rate room block for wedding guests. The Mantissa Hotel in downtown Hartsville has a family block for relatives. **Rooms must be booked by 10/1 to reserve at reduced rate before they are re-released to the public @ normal rates.**
