Through music festivals, the creation and trading of artwork, and a shared love for Pretty Lights, Josey & Matt first crossed paths and became friends over a decade ago. Despite being nearly 2,000 miles apart in Colorado and Asheville, they enjoyed chatting online, swapping designs, and sharing ideas. Matt even sent Josey several of his creations, which she still treasures to this day. Eventually, Josey made her way out West, moving to Colorado where they casually ran into each other at shows and art events for a few years. But it wasn’t until the pandemic that their conversations really ramped up again. As it turns out, that genuine friendship has truly been the foundation of their love story. Josey and Matt are best friends who enjoy life together, and loving one another feels effortless. Now, they’re excited to continue this adventure hand in hand, forever surrounded by the music, magic, and memories that brought them together. And there’s no better way to celebrate than with friends, in the breathtaking fall landscape of Josey’s family plantation in South Carolina, where the beauty of the season reflects the warmth and joy of this new chapter in their lives.
