Wedding Venue

Our wedding will be held in Piedmont Park in Oakland (Piedmont) California. If you're flying in, fly to SFO or OAK. It's not necessary to rent a car, as there is public transportation to/ from the airport and / or easy access to lyfts or ubers.

Hotel

Kissel Uptown Oakland - The Unbound Collection by Hyatt

We have a hotel block at Kissel Hotel. Please note, we have a limited number of rooms available on a first come first serve basis at a special discounted rate. The hotel is located in a fun and lively part of Oakland with lots of good food and drink spots nearby. Per our agreement with the hotel, the $27 destination fee will be waived for all rooms that are part of the room block (though it will show up in the initial booking). If you’d like to extend beyond 5/15-5/17, make your booking internally for 5/15-5/17 and then email the hotel to extend your reservation with the room block rate. Also note - this is berkeley graduation weekend so other spots in the east bay will be getting booked early! Closest BART to the hotel is 19th street, less than a 10 minute walk away.

Sunday morning at Lake Temescal

We don't have transportation arranged, please find buddies to carpool with/share lyfts/ubers. Should be a quick and cheap ride! There is paid parking at lake temescal - if they want to charge a rideshare driver to enter the parking lot, just have them drop you off at the parking lot entrance and walk to find the group.
