Lauren was raised in Buffalo, NY (Go BILLS!), and attended medical school in Erie, PA prior to moving to Rochester in 2019 for her Pediatric Residency training. Life in Rochester connected her to best friendships both in and out of work. It was infamous Rochester Kickball that got the ball rolling for Lauren's and Zack's paths to cross.

Zack grew up in Naples, NY (Go BIG GREEN!), and attended the Rochester Institute of Technology after graduating high school. After graduating college, Zack moved to Pittsford, NY and began working as a Software Developer. Joining the Pittsford Volunteer Fire Department in 2020 started the chain of events that led to meeting Lauren through friends in 2022.

As Lauren's Sister in Law, Amy and Lauren quickly bonded from the start, with late night laughs and poolside cocktails. If there's a dance floor, they're on it!

Adam is Zack's one and only little brother, and has kept things wacky, if not a bit chaotic, since day 1. Adam is a constant, and has been there through it all.

Zack met Wooly freshman year in the Colby F dorms, as the across the hall neighbor, in 2007. They have since bonded through countless trips, projects, and late night conversations.

Lauren met Shermila AKA Sherm in Rochester through residency training and immediately became friends. Spontaneity, laughs, and road trips were key elements into making them besties.

Zack met Killian as a flat mate in 2013. Killian is a fierce friend, constantly dragging Zack out of his comfort zone, and happily teaching by example what not to do.

Lauren and Iz connected through the link of friends that led Lauren to Zack - continuously bonding over party games, cocktails, and festivals.
