Are children welcome?

Answer

While we adore your little ones, we respectfully ask that only people specifically included in the invite attend the Wedding Ceremony, Vineyard Celebration, and Reception. We recognize that this is a big ask, and we are open to discussing conflicts, as our first priority is having you here with us!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Please see the schedule page for the most up to date information about the wedding weekend events. We have not yet finalized all events on that page, so we recommend checking for updates from time to time.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please reach out to Zack or Lauren with any special dietary restrictions. We intend to build a menu accommodating to all, but any additional information you can provide us would be helpful.

What time should I arrive at the Wedding Ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony venue will be open to guests around 11:00 AM. The ceremony will start at 12:00 PM sharp, so we recommend that guests plan to arrive around 11:30 to give themselves ample time to fizzle into their seats. For guests leaving from the Harbor Hotel or taking the shuttle, note that Flatt Rock is approximately a 20 minute drive from the hotel.

Will transportation be provided to/from the Wedding Ceremony?

Answer

We expect there to be a shuttle service between the Harbor Hotel (hotel/reception location) and Flatt Rock (ceremony location) before the Wedding Ceremony and after the Vineyard Celebration. More details will be posted when available.

Is there parking for the Wedding Ceremony or Reception?

Answer

There will be limited parking available at Flatt Rock (the ceremony location). While we expect to be able to accommodate parking needs at Flatt Rock, we strongly recommend that guests staying at the Harbor Hotel utilize the shuttle service. There will be ample parking available at the Harbor Hotel for the reception.
