Accommodation Option 1: Onsite RV/Camping
This is our preferred option as it will maximize the amount of time we are able to spend together! There will be unlimited spaces for tents and RVs/trailers onsite, and the camping area comes complete with washroom and shower facilities. We will be helping to arrange extra tents and trailers for those who do not have their own. Please let us know in the RSVP if you're interested in camping and would like us to help finding you camping accommodations. We are asking for a donation of $20 per person from campers to help cover the costs of booking the extra space at the venue. Please e-transfer brooket06@gmail.com
Accommodation Option 2: Hotel Nearby
For those guests unable to camp, the nearest town with a motel is Tofield, approximately 15 minutes away. Sherwood Park/Edmonton and Beaumont/Leduc are approximately 30 minutes away and will have more options available. Venue gates close at midnight, so anyone staying offsite must depart by then to avoid getting locked in. Given the distance and availability of onsite accommodation we are unable to provide a shuttle service. So if you stay offsite please take care to arrange a designated driver beforehand!
