When to Travel: We suggest guests arrive on either Wed Aug. 28th or Thurs Aug 29th How to get to Cuenca: Guests have three main options for arriving to Cuenca, Ecuador. 1. Fly to Guayaquil (GYE) then take a flight to Cuenca (CUE) - Flight time is 45mins on LATAM 2. Fly to Guayaquil (GYE) then take a private shuttle bus to Cuenca - Private shuttle is direct and will take 4 hours 3. Fly to Quito (UIO) then take a flight to Cuenca (CUE) - Flight time is 1 hour on LATAM

Hotel Victoria: Rustic hotel with historical charm & scenery. Mansion Alcazar: Upscale Boutique 4 star hotel with airport shuttle service. Hotel Itza: Upscale hotel with rooftop bar. Caballo Campana: Located 15mins outside the city center, this is an Hacienda style hotel and our venue. Selina Cuenca: Hostel Offering co-working space and activities. Private rooms available. Note: There are many great hotels in Cuenca for cheap, feel free to stay at any of those options above. We suggest you stay in hotels in the city center as it is conveniently located by the airport (15mins) and are within walking distance of restaurants and other tourist attractions. Shuttles to and from the venue will be provided for all of our guests.
