This city has a special place in the hearts of the bride and groom, as it is the birthplace of Diana. Since the couple started dating in 2017, they have visited the city numerous time. Each time Zack visited, he fell more and more in love with Ecuadorian culture, its food and most importantly its people.

A 20 minute taxi from Cuenca, visit an amazing nearby town known for its thermal spas with lots of different activities and packages to choose from at the most affordable prices. The bride and groom recommend visiting Piedra de Agua, as it is one of their favorites.
Parque Nacional Cajas
Azuay, Ecuador
If you love nature and going on hikes, then Cajas national park is a must see. Make sure you do some googling, read up before going, and prepare yourself for the conditions. Elevations reach nearly 15,000 feet!
Mercado de Artesanias Rotary
Vargas Machuca 1127, Cuenca, Ecuador
The go to place to visit a local artisanal market, located right in the city center and within walking distance from hotels. This market is known for it's colorful handmade gifts, local pottery and baskets.
