Flight
We recommend flying into Miami (MIA) the day before. FLL and PBI are also options, with train access to Miami. If flying in the morning of departure, aim to arrive before 11:00 AM and book the earliest flight possible. Feel free to reach out to Amy or Zach—we’re happy to help ensure smooth, stress-free travel!
Travel Note
Amy and Zach are holding rooms at the Embassy Suites Miami Airport for the night before the cruise. It includes a complimentary breakfast buffet and the evening manager's reception with soft drinks, beer, wine, and snacks. The rate will be $129/night, excluding tax. Rates are based on single or double occupancy. For Triple or Quad occupancy, there is an additional $10/person per night (does not apply to ages under 18). All guest rooms include a pull out sofa bed in the living area. Queen rooms can accommodate up to 5 guests, and king rooms can accommodate up to 3. There is a pool and hot tub, and truly will help you feel you are already on vacation before you even get on the ship! Shuttle: the hotel offers COMPLIMENTARY transfer from the airport, and a $12 cash per person shuttle to the cruise terminal.
Travel Note
If you are driving or are local, please plan on arriving to the port at noon. Boarding is between 12:00 and 2:00, but to avoid unnecessary stress, plan to arrive early- the boat won’t wait for late passengers!
