On a whim, we booked a private SUP excursion in Prague with a guy named Simon. Unbeknownst to me, a convo Zach had with Simon sealed the deal for Zach to propose to me!

Summer in Athens is no joke. After the heat of the day and touring the Acropolis, we stumbled upon this fresh squeezed juice bar and obviously had to indulge! So refreshing.

A little old guy sold fresh squeezed orange juice (literally, squeezed this right then and there), in the middle of our hike in the Cinque Terre. The humidity left me sweatier than I've ever been!

After a long morning hiking 7+ miles along the Caldera, a big breakfast, and a nap... we treated ourselves to Kissing Fish that pampered our feet! When in Rome... (or, Santorini)...
