No. The venue does not allow any animals on site, so as much as we love your furry friends, they do need to stay home.
There are 70 bunks along the top floor of the main lodge. They all have a mattress, but no bedding. If you are planning on staying in the bunks, please plan on supplying your own sheet, blanket and pillow. The bunks are not private, but that’s part of the fun! They are all twin size bunks.
Definitely! If you plan on leaving the venue, we will need to arrange for your car to be situated so you can drive out, please reach out to us and let us know if you plan on staying off site on either day and we can try and organize parking accordingly.
Short answer is bad. There is not great cell reception on the grounds. We will be providing a Wi-Fi password for the lodge when you arrive, but keep in mind this venue is off the beaten path, so connectivity is not great. So download your shows, music or kids distraction videos ahead of time. There is a phone at the lodge in case anyone needs to be reached in emergency. I will send that number out the week before the wedding and you can share it with babysitters or family if you wish.
We would appreciate if campers would carpool if possible. There is somewhat limited parking at the venue and we would love to be able to accommodate everyone! People who plan on camping both nights might need to get parked in by folks who plan on leaving after events. We will have one vehicle available for errands or emergencies if necessary.
