Our Ceremony
2:30 pm - 3:45 pm
Annapolis, MD 21401
Please plan on arriving between 1430 (2:30pm) and 1450 (2:50pm) to be seated. The ceremony will start precisely at 1500 (3pm) and conclude at 1525 (3:25pm). There will be a sword arch to salute the newlywed couple at the conclusion of the ceremony- this should take no more than 5 minutes. Shuttle buses will be waiting to pick up guests in front of the Chapel following the conclusion of the ceremony.
Shuttle Transportation
3:45 pm - 4:15 pm
There will be buses available from the Chapel to our reception venue following the ceremony. The journey to the reception will take about 25 minutes and will offer you a beautiful view of the Chesapeake Bay. We are trying to get an accurate number of our guests who will be using the shuttle so please RSVP on the website if you will be using the service! If you would rather drive yourself, there will be enough parking space since it's on a private land as well!
Our Reception
4:15 pm - 9:45 pm
Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.
Cocktail hour will start at 1615 (4:15pm) and last until 1730 (5:30pm)! If driving to the reception, just follow the GPS directions until you get on Nesbit Road (it should be the last leg of the journey). From there, just follow the signs to get to the party!
Early Shuttle Service
8:30 pm - 9:00 pm
For those with achy feet or children who are getting cranky from the long day, this shuttle will take you back to your hotel! It will make stops at Hotel Annapolis (The Loews), Hilton Garden Inn-Annapolis, DoubleTree, and the final stop will be at the Residence Inn.
Sparkler Send Off
9:45 pm - 10:00 pm
Please grab a sparkler and make your way towards the entrance by 2145 (9:45pm) and send off the newlyweds! The wedding party will assist you in case you get confused as to where to go!
Shuttle Transportation
10:00 pm - 10:30 pm
Hop on the shuttle with the bride and groom to be taken back to your hotels! The shuttle will make its first stop at Hotel Annapolis (The Loews), followed by Hilton Garden Inn- Annapolis, DoubleTree, and then the Residence Inn.
Bar Hopping with the Bride & Groom

THE PARTY CONTINUES!! All guests 21 and over are invited to go bar hopping with the wedding party! We will start at Baroak which is located on West Street. West Street is lined with awesome places to eat, drink, and party! We will most likely end the night with some ice cream at Annapolis Ice Cream Company (Bride's favorite place during all her four years at the Academy)!
