We have reserved a room block at the The Ritz Carlton Kapalua with rates starting at $475 for the nights of October 17-18th. This is where we'll be hosting the welcome reception, wedding reception and farewell brunch. This is where the bride and groom will be staying. We strongly encourage you to book early if you are interested as we anticipate this room block filling up quickly! A few important notes: ~The Guest Room Rate listed above is exclusive of any applicable taxes & services fees. ~Rates may be available three (3) days prior and three (3) days after the Event Dates indicated in the Room Block, subject to availability of group rate and contracted guest rooms at the time of reservation. ~Reservation Cut-Off Date: All reservations must be confirmed on or before September 2, 2025. ~Deposit & Cancellation: A two night room and tax deposit will be charged at time of booking. Individual room cancellation must be received 21 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty of two night deposit. ~Resort Fee: In addition to the room rate, a Mandatory Resort Fee of $40.00 per day (reduced from $55.00), per room applies.

We have reserved a room block at the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa with rates starting at $429 for the nights of October 16-18th. We strongly encourage you to book early if you are interested as we anticipate this room block filling up quickly! A few important notes: ~The Guest Room Rates are quoted exclusive of any applicable taxes & services fees. ~The Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa has extended the special group rates for three (3) days prior and three (3) days after October 16 – 18, 2025, subject to availability. Therefore, these rates would be in effect from October 13 – 21, 2025, subject to hotel availability. Rooms reserved outside of these dates will be confirmed at the Hotel Website Hyatt Daily Rate. ~Reservation Cut-Off Date: All reservations must be confirmed on or before September 16, 2025. ~Deposit & Cancellation: All reservations will be subject to a two nights deposit upon booking of each reservation. A 7-day cancellation policy will apply to all reservations made. The two nights deposit is refundable if the reservation is cancelled 7 days before arrival. Any cancellation within 7-days of arrival will be subject to a two night penalty. ~Resort Fee: In addition to the room rate, a Mandatory Resort Fee of $45.00 (per room, per day, plus a 17.962% tax) applies.
