OGG – Located in Kahului, this airport serves as Maui’s major airport and is centrally located. Flying into this airport allows you the convenience to stop at stores such as Target and Costco, as well as there are plenty of car rental companies on site at the airport in addition to shuttle services. JHM – Located in Kahana, just a short 10 minute drive to Kapalua, this airport is much smaller and for the most part serves inter island air travel only. Should you choose this option, flying into Oahu (HNL) will be most convenient.
YES! We encourage you to rent a car and explore the beautiful island! It generally takes 45 minutes to an hour to get from the airport to Lahaina where the wedding festivities are located.
As much as we love your little ones, we are only able to accommodate children in our immediate families and in the wedding party. We recognize that some of you may be traveling with your kids and we recommend The Nanny Connection for any on island child care needs. Please note that kids are welcome for the other events outside of the wedding day. https://www.thenannyconnection.com/
Any other day of your stay calls for Hawaiian shirts and shorts, but for our wedding day we'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting that all of our guests dress in tropical cocktail attire. Think dresses, jumpsuits, chinos and button down shirts. Suits and jackets optional. Bright/light colors, prints and breathable fabrics encouraged! The ceremony will be hosted on grass and there is a 5 minute walk to the reception, so we highly recommend block heels, wedges or sandals for ladies. We kindly request no shorts and flip flops on the wedding day.
Yes! Please check back for details as it gets closer.
