Park at the Capitol building (next to Casa de Espana) and either walk to the Bastion San Sebastián or take the shuttle. El estacionamiento será en el Capitolio (al lado de Casa de España) y camine a el Bastión de San Sebastián o tome la guaguita.

Bioiluminescent Bay

Puerto Rico has 3 bioilluminecent bays. The closest one to San Juan is the Laguna Grande in Fajardo (east of island). Usually you kayak thru mangroves to reach a bay that glows at night with bioluminescent organisms. We will be going to this tour on 11/21 at 7:30. Bring water shoes since it’s likely you will get wet. No kayaking experience needed.
