Shuttle bus transportation will be provided on the day of the wedding to guests who chooses to stay at the Beechwood. *This is where the wedding party will be staying* Please call the front desk of the hotel at 508-754-5789 to book your room and refer to the "Heidi and Matt Wedding Room Block" when booking to receive a discounted rate. PLEASE NOTE: *Check in is at 3pm - please call the hotel directly the morning of the wedding to inquire about early check in for those interested.

Another great option - This hotel is located in Southbridge, MA - 30 minutes from our wedding venue. Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from the venue, as shuttle services will not be provided from this location.

Worcester Regional Airport is the closest airport to our wedding. It's approximately 30 minutes west of the Beechwood Hotel and 25 minutes east of our ceremony & reception venue.

Boston Logan Airport is a larger airport with more flights available than Worcester Regional. It's approximately 1 hour east of Beechwood Hotel and 90 minutes from our ceremony & reception venue.
