Shuttle Service
3:15 pm - 10:45 pm
Shuttle services will be offered to and from the Beechwood Hotel to our ceremony and reception venue on the day of our wedding. We ask that guests plan to board the shuttle at 3:15pm as they will depart from the hotel at 3:30pm sharp. Our ceremony and reception venue is approximately 40 minutes away. This will allow guests to settle in prior to the start of the ceremony at 4:30pm! The shuttle will be clearly marked "Karner/Hoey Wedding" - please ensure that you are boarding the correct shuttle! The return shuttle will depart the venue at 10:45pm at the conclusion of our reception to bring guests back to the Beechwood. *Please RSVP for the shuttle if you plan to use this service.*

While we’ll be sure to keep things fun and festive, we wanted to give you a heads-up in case you’re sensitive to certain lyrics or themes.
