Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking lot at our venue available to guests who choose to drive to our ceremony and reception. For guests staying at the Beechwood Hotel, shuttle services will be provided to and from the venue.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm so we recommend arriving to the venue at least 30 minutes prior by 4:00pm. The shuttle bus from the Beechwood Hotel will leave the hotel at 3:30pm to allow enough time for guests to settle in before the ceremony starts!

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love kids, due to capacity limits at our ceremony and reception venue, the only children at our wedding are those in the wedding party and immediate family. We hope you understand and can make arrangements for little ones.

Can I bring a guest?

Please refer to your invitation for details on whether you’re able to bring a plus-one. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to reach out!

Can I take photos at the wedding?

Answer

We want to capture the memories, but we ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony to allow our professional photographer to capture the moment. Feel free to take as many photos as you'd like during the reception!

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Please indicate any dietary preferences or restrictions when you RSVP so that we can do our best to accommodate everyone’s needs!
