At the time of writing this Yuriy and I are actually waiting to see if our house offer goes through!
We went to visit the winery the wedding is going to be at and to tour it and have lunch with Mary, Phil and Lori (who you'll be meeting soon if you don't know them already).
During the ride I turned to Yuriy and told him I had always wanted to live near a winery ever since my drive cross country led me through Napa. I got out of the car, parked and was like "I could live here forever". I asked him if that interested him and he said yes. Ever since then we've spent all our weekends hanging out in Livermore and checking it out and we really love it.
