Meet and Greet

California Casual

Come join us for a drink as we welcome you to California in the only way we know how, at the beach! Carmel River State Beach is a scenic beach snuggled between a lagoon formed by the Carmel River and the Pacific Ocean. The freshwater lagoon is a natural sanctuary for oceanic birds to recuperate and clean themselves up, while the massive kelp forrest about 50-100 yards from the coastline provides a feeding frenzy for otters and seals. If that was not enough, the beach overlooks the historic and beautiful Point Lobos.

Rehearsal Dinner

5:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Cocktail Attire

Cocktail hour with seated dinner to follow. Portabella is a cute and quaint restaurant located in the midst of Carmel by the sea. The menu takes you on a gustatory tour of Italy, Southern France and Spain, complemented by a wine list offering an excellent selection of California's finest wines.

Wedding

3:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Formal

Nestldown is an outdoor venue within a small redwood grove. With that being said we advise wedges or clunky heels due to the soft grassy areas and the multiple rocky paths within the venue. In addition we suggest bringing a light coat or shaw, once the sun goes down it can get a bit brisk. Guests should plan to arrive around 3:30pm with the ceremony starting at 4:00pm. A shuttle service will be picking guests up at 2:00pm at the Lover's Point Inn Hotel, 625 Ocean View Blvd, Pacific Grove, CA 93950. If you are not planning on driving back from the event, Uber and Lift do not pick up in the venue area so a shuttle is the best option for returning to the Monterey Bay area.
