Matron of Honor
Lauren and I have been friends since Freshman year of college. We met in University Choir and both became fellow board members for two years (Lauren mostly volunteering because of my peer pressure). Since that time, Lauren has been one of my very favorite humans! If you are around us, you will typically hear us coining phrases, such as: "this is why we're such great friends", or "remember the time when..." (which Lauren typically responds to with a "no", as her memory of our friendship adventures sometimes differs from my own. We share a love of Jesus, PSU, theater, singing, romantic comedies, and reading!
Bridesmaid
Meghan and I have been friends since the very first instant we met (as babies)! Meghan is the sister that I never had, but always wanted growing up! We went on many city adventures together, most famously with our Aunt Janie and Aunt Sarah. During these times, we ran after every form of Septa transportation, were exposed to many beautiful works of art, and ate lots of Bassets ice cream.
Bridesmaid
Laura and I have been friends since the very first day of Freshman year of college. We lived together for a full year, and she has still managed to stay one of my very best friends all of these years later! Laura often likes to joke about my need for setting an exorbitant amount of alarms to wake up in the morning, along with I'm sure a long list of other Sarah quirks. We share a love for coffee, Jesus, and PSU, and survived our largest disagreement that white chocolate is the worst form of "chocolate" in existence.
Bridesmaid
Kim is a fellow grad school warrior/survivor and makes of 1/4 of the Grubb Girls! Kim, Hilary, Kelsey, and I were such a tight knit group that our acoustics professor began referring to us all by the name of our apartment complex....and the name has stuck ever since. Kim is a fellow member of the vertically challenged committee, the wonderful mother of my adorable God Daughter (and flower girl), Emmy, as well as the soon to be mother of another adorable soon-to-be-named nugget (who I keep saying will be named Sarah).
Bridesmaid
Hilary is another grad school warrior/survivor and makes of 1/4 of the Grubb Girls! Hilary is most famously known amongst our group as being a ray of sunshine, taking 8 minute naps, and helping us destress with 20 second hugs. She is also a soon to be first time mommy to an adorable little boy, Leo (who I absolutely can't wait to meet!)
Bridesmaid
Kelsey is another grad school warrior/survivor and makes of 1/4 of the Grubb Girls! Kelsey is one of the funniest people I know. She knows how to bring out the silly side of anyone she meets, and if you ever need a fun friend to accompany you to Target, the nail salon, Starbucks, or Dunkin Donuts, she is your girl! After grad school, she also became a fellow member of the vegetarian squad...which I naturally have claimed at least a smidge of credit for her membership.
Bridesmaid
Jasmyn is a fellow Edgewood warrior. During both work days and weekends, you will find us putting our heads together, attending many meetings, and remaining in constant communication both in and out of the building. No matter what we come up against, Jasmyn makes our work and recreational adventures both fun and memorable. We both share a love for memes, gifs, game nights, winery adventures, working with our kiddos, and exploring new vegan restaurants/trying new vegan foods.
Bridesmaid
Erin is my wonderful sister-in-law and mother of my exceptionally adorable nephew- Luke! Erin is likely the sweetest member of our family. She helps to balance out the competitive spirit between myself and my siblings, and is always up for any and all holiday adventures. Erin and I share a love for the bachelor/bachelorette, as well as keeping each other company when we're forced to watch sporting events on TV with the rest of the Fiorelli gang.
Bridesmaid
Heather is my wonderful future sister-in-law to be and fellow wedding planning friend! I knew of Heather many years before we ever met, as she was the topic of many of my brother's comments/stories. Heather has been a great addition to our sibling set, and helps Erin and I to keep all of the boys in check. Like Erin, Heather also shares a love for the bachelor/bachelorette, as well as keeping each other company when we're forced to watch sporting events on TV with the rest of the Fiorelli gang.
Best Man
Brendan is Matt's brother and Best Man! We have shared a number of adventures together including: visiting a holiday light show, traveling to NYC, visiting over the holidays, and playing badminton in the Wood's backyard. We're so happy and excited to have him as part of the wedding crew!
Groomsman
Stephen is Sarah's oldest brother. Growing up, we shared a variety of hobbies together including music and singing (because who doesn't want to be just like their older siblings?) Stephen is a great cook, talented pianist, and wonderful dad to our little nephew, Luke! We're so happy to have him as part of our wedding crew!
Groomsman
Erick is Sarah's youngest brother. We shared a number of hobbies together growing up, including Field Hockey! Erick has a great sense of humor and will help to bring the wedding party to life both before and during our wedding celebration. He recently passed his CPA exam, and will also be getting married in 2022 to his wonderful fiancé, Heather. We're so happy to have his as part of our wedding crew, and to be co-wedding planning buddies!
