Cocktail Hour and Reception

Formal or Black Tie Optional: Tuxes, dark suits, gowns, formal cocktail dresses, or formal jumpsuits are welcome.

PLEASE READ: Cocktail Hour will begin at 6:00pm with our Reception to follow at 7:00pm. Per hotel policy, please have proof of vaccination available, photo ID, and a mask on hand. Proof of vaccination is required for entry. Physical vaccine cards and pictures of vaccine cards will be accepted in conjunction with photo ID. NEW Philadelphia Mandates as of January 3rd, 2021. Please read the following mandates that will now be in effect for our January 29th wedding: -Starting January 3, 2022, any establishment in Philadelphia that sells food and/or drink for consumption onsite may admit only those patrons who have completed their vaccine series against COVID-19. -Staff and children aged five years and three months through 11 will be required to have had one dose of COVID-19 vaccine by January 3 and to complete their vaccine series by February 3. -Children under age five years and three months are exempt from the above requirement. However, anyone who is exempted will be required to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 24 hours of entry. This requirement does not apply to children under age two. Negative COVID-19 tests may be CPR or rapid, however, per hotel policy, at home tests are not permitted and will not be accepted.
