The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 p.m. in the Casa del Ray Moro Garden south of The Prado restaurant. *** Please plan to be seated by 3:45 *** It will take up to 30 minutes to find parking and walk to the site. Plan on arriving as close to 3:30 p.m. as possible. We’ll celebrate with signature hors d’oeuvres, a gourmet dinner, and drinks to keep the evening sparkling. Full timeline: 3:30 p.m. – Suggested arrival time 3:45 p.m. – Background music begins 4:00–4:30 p.m. – Ceremony 4:30–5:30 p.m. – Cocktail hour / photos 5:30 p.m. – Champagne and cider toast 5:45 p.m. – Grand entrance & first dance 5:55 p.m. – Welcome toasts (Larry and Jill) 6:00 p.m. – Buffet dinner begins 7:00 p.m. – Dessert station opens 7:00 p.m. – Parent dances 7:10 p.m. – Group dancing begins Flexible – Cake cutting 9:00 p.m. – End of event
