Once you get on US-421 S, go to US-221 N. Once on US-221 N most GPS will direct you to turn right onto Idlewild Rd. PLEASE CONTINUE ON 221 N TO AVOID 2 MILES OF NARROW, GRAVEL ROADS. Turn right onto Water Tank Rd., continue 3.3 miles. Turn right onto Lower Nettle Knob Rd., continue 2 miles. Turn right at The Barn on New River sign and veer left onto the Private Drive, Go 1 mile on gravel, curvy driveway to the The Barn.

Charlotte is approximately a 2 hours roadtrip from Boone, NC. It is a major hub for American Airlines but also has service for all other major airlines. Enjoy the drive on the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway (route 321) that will take you straight into the center of Boone!
