Yes!! We will have the venue/campground fully booked for wedding guests only starting Thursday night through Sunday. If you are camping before the wedding, we hope you'll help us set up on Friday! McCabe Flat is a dry campground, so bring your own drinking water. There are pit toilets.
Our wedding is an intimate celebration for those named on invitations only. Thank you for respecting our wishes!
Please leave your pets at home for this adventure.
Your kids are welcome, the wilder the better! However, please be aware that our venue is directly alongside the Merced River, which has a swift current and very cold water during spring runoff. Be prepared to do extra supervision to make sure the little ones stay safe.
We can accommodate most dietary restrictions, as long as you let us know in your RSVP.
The venue is a campground with limited parking available, and is located on a narrow dirt road next to the river. To limit cars at the venue, guests will park at Zephyr Whitewater and take shuttles down to the venue. There will be three shuttles before the ceremony (2 PM, 2:30, 3 PM). Shuttles will start leaving the ceremony at 8:00 PM, with the last shuttle for the evening departing at 11 PM. Anyone left at the venue after 11 is camping there! If you absolutely need to have your personal vehicle at the venue, please contact Adam or Laura to coordinate. We strongly encourage shuttling to minimize traffic, parking, and congestion on the one-lane Briceberg Road.
Please RSVP by 3/15/26.
Yosemite National Park is roughly 40 minutes from our wedding venue, and we encourage everyone to spend some time there! You will also be in town on the day of the Butterfly Parade, which takes place Saturday morning and is a great pre-wedding activity. There is also a hard cider orchard, several bars and restaurants, and small shops downtown. If you're interested in aerial silks, you can take a class on Saturday morning!
We want you to feel beautiful! This is a casual wedding, but feel free to dress as fancy as you'd like. Board shorts, pearl snaps, and flip flops are just as welcomed as suits and dresses. A few things to keep in mind: In May, days can be warm and nights can be cold, so bring layers! This wedding will take place in the gravel, dirt, and sand, so consider wearing flats.
You are welcome to post, but please refrain from posting photos with anyone's kids in them.
