Come help us set up for the wedding at McCabe Flat Campground and get some river time in! We will be setting up tables, hanging lights, and decorating. There will be beverages and light snacks.

Wedding Parking at Zephyr

6940 Highway 140, Midpines, CA 95345
Guests will park at Zephyr and get shuttled by bus to the wedding venue. First shuttle leaves at 2:30, last shuttle to get to the ceremony leaves at 3:30. There will be shuttles coming back periodically throughout the evening, with the last shuttle leaving at 11. If you need to have your vehicle at the wedding venue, please reach out to us to coordinate.

We want you to feel beautiful! This is a casual wedding, but feel free to dress as fancy as you'd like. Board shorts, pearl snaps, and flip flops are just as welcomed as suits and dresses. A few things to keep in mind: In May, days can be warm and nights can be cold, so bring layers! This wedding will take place in the gravel, dirt, and sand, so consider wearing flats.
