Cassie is Mikaela's younger sister and also her pride and joy. From early on in my relationship with Mikaela while attending UPS soccer games to several beers shared at Stoup, I can see why she holds a special place in Mikaela's heart.

Mackenzie and Mikaela met on the soccer field in Middle School. It seems like no matter where or what is going on in their lives, Mikaela and Mackenzie always manage to make time for each other. It's been fun to see Mikaela's love for Mackenzie be passed on to her daughter Rayleigh.

Katie and Mikaela met Freshman year of high school. I can't count how many times Mikaela has called her for advice, or how many wall balls and burpees her and I have done together.

Sophie and Mikaela met at soccer camp freshman year of high school. As her roommate when Mikaela and I first started dating, I learned quickly that Wednesdays were for wine, dinners for these two last for hours and you can't watch The Holiday too many times.

Maddie and Mikaela met Freshman year of high school. This Ballard Beaver has always been one of our greatest cheerleaders. Often the only guy hanging with Mikaela's high school cronies, I could count on Maddie to make me feel included.

Riley and Mikaela met at the age of 5. I met Riley in the freshman dorms at Linfield College. Little did I know I'd be stuck with this Wildcat forever, but though I wouldn't ever tell her, I'm pretty happy about it.

Ryan and Jake grew up together and then attended Linfield College together. It was made clear before I met Jake that these two were tight as his name was only used in sentences that started with "Jake and Ryan..."

Kyle and Jake have been buddies since elementary school. Despite living in separate places, they maintain quite the friendship. I don't know if Jake has FaceTimed another human more than Kyle.

Josh and Jake lived together in "The Lodge" for four years post-college. 95% of Jake's most favorite memories throughout his 20's include Josh.

Nick and Jake were college roommates. The first time I met Nick, he shared his athletic training knowledge in comforting conversations about my recently broken leg. Over the years, Nick Rawlin's has become the Vice President of our world.
Jesse Franklin

Jesse and Jake lived together at "The Lodge" post-college. The first time I met Jesse he thought I was homeless. Our relationship has blossomed since. To Jake, Jesse will always be one of his most treasured confidants.

Corey and Jake met in middle school. Many of their conversations involve the rivalry between the Red Sox and Yankees. I knew Corey was a keeper when I realized he would (patiently) answer any and all of my questions about baseball and Jake's high school career.
