There will be shuttles available to transport our guests from the hotels to the venue. Wayfinder Hotel: 3:40PM Hampton Inn-Suites: 3:50PM Homewood Suites: 4:00PM Please be ready 10-15 minutes early to ensure a timely pickup for everyone!

Shuttle Pickup from Venue

May 16, 2026 9:30 pm - 10:30 pm

There will be two rounds of guest transportation from the Blithewold back to the hotels at the end of the night. There will be one shuttle arriving to the Blithewold at 9:30PM to pick up any guests that want to turn in a bit early. There will be another shuttle arriving to the Blithewold at 10:30PM to pick up the remaining guests who do not have their own mode of transportation.

Airport Information

T.F. Green airport (PVD) is the closest and most convenient airport in Rhode Island, it is a 30 minute drive from the hotel area.
