We will be chartering busses for the group with a pickup on the day of the wedding at the at the Four Seasons Hotel - Madrid. The busses will drop you off after the wedding as well.
Please check the schedule for the dress codes for each event.
They are welcome at the happy hour and welcome reception on Friday and Saturday, unfortunately not on the wedding day. Please let us know if you need child care because our wedding planner has a company she works with. We will send you the information to get pricing.
Please RSVP as soon as possible, however the deadline is August 28.
We should have great weather! Usually it's 70-80 degrees with hopefully no rain (fingers crossed). The sun sets around 8pm.
Most of the wedding will be outdoors besides the dancing if the weather cooperates. Bring a jacket or shawl for when it gets cooler at night when the sun goes down during dinner.
Wear comfy shoes when walking around the city because you will walk A LOT! We walked 12 miles in one day when we visited in March. For the wedding, woman should be fine wearing any type of heels since we will have many areas to sit for when you get tired! I would maybe suggest bringing a change in shoes for dancing if you want to be comfortable later since it will be a long day.
Please check your invite for a plus 1!
Our wedding planner recommends two places. -Trajes Guzmán, they have 2 shops centrally located, but you can even rent online at least 3 weeks in advance. It's only in Spanish so use Google translate- https://www.trajesguzman.com/alquiler-trajes/smoking -Another good option for rental with pick up is Bovivant (also only in Spanish): https://chaquesbonvivant.com/precios/#smokings
