Please RSVP within two weeks of receiving your invite. We know there may be extenuating circumstances, but we do need to be able to confirm numbers with our caterer and the venue.
We hope that we have been mindful of needs when we sent out invites, regarding the inclusion of dates with requests. If we did not include a date option when you did RSVP, do let us know. If you chose to RSVP but did not include a date, because at the time you weren't anticipating bringing a guest, we are sorry to say we cannot add an extra person to the list after RSVPs have been sent in.
While our theme is inspired by our favorite stories, movies, and games in the fantasy genre it is not required that anybody (else) dress in they're best renaissance regalia. We would appreciate semi-formal wear at least, for the event. Feel free to spice a suit or dress up with a cape or brooch.
We are primarily registered for cash funds through Zola. We both have loving families that stretch far and wide, so we are both fully equipped with most of the furniture and home goods we could ask for. Rather, we would love to take this opportunity to visit loved ones, like some good friends in Scotland, and my sister and her husband in Latvia. We would appreciate gifts made to help this dream come true, or towards our future. That said, we did include some necessities we have needed to replace, in case you just really want to be able to hand over a gift. You can find information regarding the registry here and through Target at the "Registry" tab at the top of the page. We know there's a deep emotional power in giving a gift, and are humbled at your kindness. Thank you so much.
Yes! Children have been accounted for when we wrote our guest list, as we love many of you as families as well as individuals. That said, we can understand if you would rather get a babysitter for the evening, so you can enjoy the ceremony and reception without any other responsibilities. Just let us know when you RSVP!
