Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, due to venue capacity we are unable to accommodate them at the ceremony or reception.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will have two buses available to shuttle guests to and from the ceremony. Please arrive promptly by 3:50pm to one of the hotels below to catch a ride to the ceremony. Ptarmigan Inn - bus leaves promptly at 4:00 Mount Royal - bus leaves promptly at 4:00 Both buses will bring guests to the Bluebird for cocktail hour and reception.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Given the travel required and the limited capacity at our venue we would greatly appreciate understanding your intention to join us ASAP. At the latest, please RSVP by June 30th.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Mountain Formal Suits for men, longer dresses for women recommended, fall colors. The ceremony may be chilly - we will have blankets but we recommend a jacket or shawl. The ceremony is also outdoors on grass, so plan footwear accordingly.
