You can reach Vail by flying into either Denver International Airport (DIA) (~2 hours from Vail) or Eagle County Airport in Eagle, CO (~45-60 minutes from Vail). Denver will have more options than Eagle County Airport.

Transportation to Vail
There are shuttle services available from both Denver and Eagle airports. For those coming from DIA, please use the link below and code THESOIREESTUDIOWEDD to utilize our discount with Epic Mountain Transportation between DIA and Vail. Both airports have rental car services. You may not need a car once in Vail, as there is a free in-town bus system that will take you throughout the Town of Vail.

Getting around Vail
Vail Village is very walkable. If you are staying slightly outside of Vail or Lionshead Villages other bus routes are also available. Please refer to the link below for bus route details. For those staying further away, Vail Village offers multiple parking garages within a ~10 minute walk of all wedding activities. Ubers and taxis are also an option, but their availability is limited and may be unreliable.
