We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to wear your favorite cocktail attire! This includes cocktail, semi-formal dresses (midi or maxi length) or jumpsuits for women and suit and tie for men. Temperatures in the mountains in May are cool at night. We recommend checking the forecast and bringing a jacket or wrap.
In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.
Vail is in the high Rocky Mountains at 8,150 ft. above sea level! All guests should drink plenty of water and we recommend taking it easy on the alcohol, especially your first night. If you are coming from sea level, consider staying a night in Denver to help acclimate.
Temperatures in May are highly variable - the average temperature is 56 degrees but range widely. Plan ahead by checking the weather and pack a jacket (especially for cooler evenings)!
We recommend parking in the Vail Village parking garage (~10 minute walk to all events). The Vail Village garage offers free parking during the day or overnight parking for $35. Parking is very limited at the Vail Chapel. Valet is available for a fee at The Sebastian and Sonnenalp.
